Drawing Stick Figures Playing Baseball

I recently made a serious mistake that I need to apologize for: in my visual summary of the book Make it Stick I incorrectly drew a baseball player winding up for the pitch. I’m so so sorry.

All joking aside, drawing people is hard. And it’s okay to get it wrong. It’s also fun to try to get it right, and that’s what I do in this new video. Come along with me as I try to draw brick people playing baseball!

The brick person format is one that I learned from Scriberia’s course on Domestika called Sketchnoting 101: Drawing as a Communication Tool, which I really enjoyed. Check out Eva-Lotta Lamm’s course there too!

If you’re all-in on visual thinking as would like the regular support of five live workshops with me every month, then check out the Collective.

Cheers,

-Doug
